Yuma Humane Society
Yuma Humane Society is our primary shelter partner, and the relationship at the heart of everything we do. We work together on adoptions, transfers, and our Second Chance Program, stepping in early so at-risk pets don’t have to wait behind a kennel door for their chance. When a shelter surrender call comes in, or a stray needs somewhere safe to land, Yuma Humane Society is often the first call we make — and the first place we send families looking to adopt
Vet & Medical Support
Every animal in our care needs medical attention before they’re ever ready for adoption — vaccines, spay and neuter surgery, and sometimes urgent treatment for an injury or illness. We lean on local veterinary partners to make that possible, since we don’t have a shelter building or medical staff of our own. Their support keeps our foster network healthy and ready to take in the next animal in crisis, and we’re always grateful for clinics willing to work with a small, growing rescue.
